ABOUT LIRNS PERFORMANCE GROUP

Built to Change the Way Sales Training Is Understood.

LIRNS was created around a simple belief: salespeople perform better when they understand what is happening inside the conversation — not when they are simply given more words to memorize.

THE LIRNS IDEA Understanding creates better judgment. Better judgment changes performance.
WHY LIRNS EXISTS

Salespeople Have Been Taught What to Say for a Long Time.

The problem is that real customers do not follow scripts.

Traditional sales training often focuses on language: the right opening, the right questions, the right objection response, the right close.

Those things can matter. But knowing the words is only part of the skill.

A salesperson also needs to recognize what is changing in the customer’s attention, confidence, understanding, resistance, and decision-making as the conversation unfolds.

LIRNS exists to teach that deeper layer.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Principles Behind the Training.

LIRNS is built around ideas that should survive outside the classroom and inside an actual customer conversation.

01 / UNDERSTANDING

Understanding Comes Before Memorization.

Scripts can be useful tools. They should not replace understanding. Salespeople should know why something works, not simply remember what they were told to say.

02 / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The Customer’s Experience Matters.

A sales presentation is not only what the salesperson says. It is also what the customer notices, believes, questions, feels, compares, and decides along the way.

03 / JUDGMENT

Better Training Should Create Better Judgment.

The goal is not dependence on another script or another trainer. The goal is to help salespeople recognize what is happening and make better decisions in the moment.

04 / APPLICATION

Training Has to Work in the Real World.

If an idea only works when the conversation follows a perfect sequence, it is not enough. Principles should remain useful when customers interrupt, hesitate, disagree, or take the conversation somewhere unexpected.

REAL
WORLD
SALES IS A PRACTICAL SKILL

Sales Can Be Studied, Practiced, and Improved.

LIRNS does not treat sales as a personality contest or a collection of pressure tactics.

We treat it as a professional skill — one that becomes stronger when people understand the principles behind communication, customer behavior, decision-making, timing, and presentation.

That means training should do more than create excitement for a day. It should change what a salesperson notices and what they are capable of doing afterward.

THE COMPANY WE ARE BUILDING
