This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through LIRNS Performance Group ("LIRNS," "we," "us," or "our"), including the 3-Day Sales Boot Camp, Deep Dive Tactical Sessions, LIRNS Monthly Membership, LIRNS Online Academy courses, and any other paid Services.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service .
All purchases made with LIRNS Performance Group are final and non-refundable, except as specifically described below.
FREE Seminar
The FREE Seminar has no associated fee and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
Deep Dive Tactical Sessions
All Deep Dive Tactical Session purchases are final and non-refundable.
3-Day Sales Boot Camp
All Boot Camp ticket purchases are non-refundable. This applies to all Boot Camp registration levels:
LIRNS Monthly Membership
LIRNS Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time using any cancellation method made available with your membership or by contacting us at [email protected]. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your access will remain active for the remainder of that cycle.
After cancellation takes effect, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but no partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
LIRNS Online Academy
All LIRNS Online Academy course purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to grant exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
Granting an exception in an individual case does not obligate LIRNS Performance Group to grant the same or a similar exception in any other case.
