Who We Are

LIRNS Performance Group is a sales training and professional development company. Our Services include live and virtual training events, digital courses, membership programs, and related content designed to help individuals and organizations improve sales performance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts

Some Services (such as the LIRNS Monthly Membership or LIRNS Online Academy) may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices for Services (including the Boot Camp, Deep Dive Sessions, monthly membership, and courses) are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice, except for purchases already completed.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or registration unless otherwise specified.
• Recurring Services (such as the monthly membership) will automatically renew and bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time using any cancellation method made available with your membership or by contacting us at [email protected] ; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

Refund Policy

All purchases made with LIRNS Performance Group are final and non-refundable, except as specifically described in our Refund Policy.

• Deep Dive Tactical Sessions: Purchases are final and non-refundable.
• 3-Day Sales Boot Camp: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. If a registered attendee is unable to attend the event they registered for, the full amount paid will be applied as credit toward registration for the next scheduled Boot Camp.
• LIRNS Monthly Membership: Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will remain active through the remainder of the current paid billing cycle.
• LIRNS Online Academy: Course purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed.

Live Events (FREE Seminar, Boot Camp, Deep Dive Sessions)

• Event dates, times, formats (virtual or in-person), and venues are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any changes.
• Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging (except where an "All-Inclusive" package is purchased), and any costs associated with attending in-person events.
• We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event, without refund, for disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
• Session recordings, materials, and worksheets provided during events are for personal use only and may not be redistributed (see Section 8, Intellectual Property).

No Guarantee of Results

LIRNS provides sales training, coaching, and educational content. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increased sales, income, or business performance. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and industry. Testimonials and examples shared in our materials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes for you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Services — including but not limited to curriculum materials, videos, frameworks (e.g., "The Science of Yes"), branding, logos, badge/rank system designs, worksheets, and written materials — is the property of LIRNS Performance Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent. Purchasing a course, membership, or event ticket grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the materials for your own professional development — it does not transfer ownership or grant resale/redistribution rights.

Membership Community Conduct (LIRNS Monthly Membership / Online Academy)

If you participate in any LIRNS community, membership calls, or online forums, you agree to:

• Treat other members and staff with respect
• Not share paid content outside the membership
• Not use the community for unrelated solicitation or advertising

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these standards, without refund, at our discretion.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site or our Services may link to or use third-party tools (such as payment processors, scheduling tools, or video hosting). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIRNS Performance Group, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without refund where applicable.
